After 13th September it is too late to object to the proposals for a 3rd runway at Heathrow airport. As you will know, the flight path from the new runway is planned to go directly over Eton and will have a devastating effect on life in the town. There will be a huge increase in noise above us, and decades of building and transport work taking place in and around the airport.
