Trunks across the Thames

Thames Hospice have launched an awesome project entitled Trunks across the Thames. Elephants will be positioned between Windsor and Slough via Eton and Eton Wick.

All schools are invited to take part and use the exceptional material created by Thames Hospice regarding death, and its position in the circle of life. Elephants are purchased and will be painted and auctioned after a summer of walking routes passing elephants!

Eton and Eton Wick will each have a large elephant and Eton Porny School and Eton Wick First school will each have a small one, all thanks to local donations from residents to charities to trusts. The overall fund (of some £18,800) still requires donations. You can make donations via the ECA Bank account - bank details are :-
