Following the substantial refurbishment and expansion back to its full footprint, Cllr Julian Tisi, Eton & Windsor ward Councillor was delighted to cut the ribbon at the opening of the new Eton Local Express (formerly Premier Stores).
Eton welcomed both Councillor Julian Tisi and Councillor Amy Tisi, who were there to support Vin & Annie as well as new partner Mohan … along with so many others!
